Order Processing and Shipping

I commit to processing and shipping all orders within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. I will pass the necessary data to the shipping service to ensure timely delivery. In cases where shipping may be delayed beyond 2 weeks, I will notify you promptly and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact me through the contact page.

Return and Refund Policy

I accept returns and provide full refunds within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging
• All components must be included and undamaged
• You must contact me within 14 days of receiving the order

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on my part (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Warranty and Replacement

I provide warranty coverage and replacement for both discrete products and kit parts for 1 month (30 days) from the date your order is made. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in components
• Missing parts from kits
• Defective or non-functional components upon arrival

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modification, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty service, please contact me with your order details and a description of the issue.

Product Information

All DIY electronics kits are sold as-is with the components and instructions provided. While I strive to ensure all components are functional and instructions are clear, the final assembly and functionality depend on proper assembly by the user. I am available to provide support and guidance if you encounter difficulties during assembly.

Liability

As a sole entrepreneur, my liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. All kits are intended for educational and hobby purposes.
